Job Summary

To shape and amplify Smartcat's market presence, the full-time remote Market Narrative & Communications Manager will define the company's core narrative, develop executive communications, and lead social media strategies while collaborating closely with marketing leadership and executives.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and evolve Smartcat's core narrative and ensure consistency across all communications
• Partner with executives to develop authentic voices and thought leadership content
• Drive a focused PR strategy and identify opportunities for storytelling and media engagement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in communications, content, or narrative-driven marketing roles
• Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or high-growth tech environments
• Proven ability to build executive presence and thought leadership
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
• Strong instincts for LinkedIn and modern content distribution
