To support market performance and operational excellence, the full-time remote Market Operations Analyst will analyze data, improve workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams within a health plan or managed care environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Support operational initiatives across claims, provider, and member processes
• Monitor key performance metrics and develop reports for leadership decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, process improvement, or project coordination
• Experience within a health plan or managed care environment is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
