Job Summary
To support client-facing initiatives, the fully remote Market Operations Coordinator will manage client reporting processes, coordinate cross-functional support, and maintain organized documentation to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the client reporting process and resolve discrepancies in reporting
- Act as a liaison between Client Services and internal departments to facilitate communication
- Maintain accurate client account documentation and contribute to operational improvements
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or healthcare operations required
- Prior experience in managed care or health insurance strongly preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with project tracking tools or CRM systems preferred
