Job Summary

To support strategic market development and enhance customer satisfaction, the full-time Market Outreach Specialist will focus on increasing awareness and adoption of energy-efficient technologies while managing outreach activities and adhering to program budgets, based in Madison, WI.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop relationships with contractors and Trade Allies to promote effective marketing of energy efficiency programs
• Develop outreach tactics to engage customers and trade allies, enhancing program satisfaction
• Prepare and track progress on activity reports to ensure continuous improvement towards program goals

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant industry experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to perform event planning and coordination
• Experience in developing comprehensive understanding of business customer bases
• Proficiency in researching markets and identifying key allies for outreach programs
