Job Summary
To enhance the adoption of energy-efficient technologies, the full-time Market Outreach Specialist will develop outreach strategies, recruit and train contractors, and ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely in Wisconsin.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop relationships with contractors and Trade Allies to promote energy efficiency programs
- Develop and implement outreach tactics to engage customers and enhance program participation
- Prepare and present reports on program activities and progress towards goals
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant industry experience

- Ability to perform event planning and coordination
- Experience in market research and data accumulation
