Market Performance Manager

Job Summary

Results-oriented and strategic, the full-time remote Market Performance Manager will lead a team of Practice Transformation Specialists to achieve quality and performance excellence targets while driving ACO transformation initiatives across various markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive market-wide quality and savings targets by developing strategies and overseeing execution of ACO transformation initiatives
• Lead and guide a team of Practice Transformation Specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery and manage day-to-day field requests
• Provide strategic input and feedback to refine the service delivery model and prioritize initiatives that support program evolution

Required qualifications:

• 6-8 years of experience in Value-Based Care (VBC) with a track record of driving operational performance
• 6-8 years of experience in healthcare data analytics to derive strategic insights and improve performance outcomes
• 3-5 years of experience managing a structured team with at least 3 direct reports
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
