Market Planning Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Market Planning Specialist (Southeastern or Western US Remote Eligible).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop strategic market plans for brand growth through new store development and asset optimization
• Summarize and maintain Franchise Sales Inventory to support strategic market growth
• Utilize spatial tools and data analysis to identify success metrics for trade areas and site characteristics

Required Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Real Estate, Geography, Urban Planning, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related fields
• 3+ years of related experience in market planning and business strategy
• 3+ years of experience with statistical modeling, demographics, and mobile data analysis
• 3+ years of retail or restaurant experience
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx and knowledge of geospatial data and SQL
