Job Summary

To support the Brand & Communications Strategy team, the remote full-time Market Research Analyst will execute and analyze primary and secondary research projects, utilizing market research tools and database analysis to generate insights for clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct primary market and consumer insights research using various methods, including survey and focus group management
  • Analyze third-party datasets to identify key findings that inform client creative and media strategies
  • Package and present analytical findings, effectively communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences
Required qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience in market research and consumer insights research
  • Bachelor's degree in market research, statistics, marketing, or communications; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with online survey platforms like Qualtrics or Fortsa
  • Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL is a plus
  • Previous experience in an advertising agency or market research firm is preferred
