Job Summary
Experienced market research professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as an Entertainment Market Research Director, responsible for delivering quantitative and qualitative consumer insights for clients in the entertainment, video games, sports, and tech industries.
Key responsibilities
- Manage research and consulting engagements from start to finish across various clients and methodologies
- Write and review quantitative questionnaires and qualitative discussion guides, overseeing data setup and fieldwork recruitment
- Build and grow client and vendor relationships while presenting research results and contributing to the company's marketing strategy
Required qualifications
- 7-15 years of experience at a dedicated market research agency in a client-facing role, preferably with a focus on entertainment and technology
- BA/BS with a strong academic record
- Extensive expertise in diverse research methodologies, including MaxDiff, factor analysis, and segmentation
- Experience managing client relationships, projects, and budgets, along with mentoring junior staff
- Personal interest and passion for streaming services, video games, sports, movies, tech, and/or anime
