Market Research Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Market Research Executive (Outbound) to support and scale its outbound pipeline through data research and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research to identify ICP-fit accounts and contacts
• Build and maintain high-quality outbound databases with accurate contact information
• Maintain CRM hygiene and manage data validation and deduplication processes

Required Qualifications

• 1.5-3 years of experience in market research or outbound data operations
• Hands-on experience with outbound and enrichment tools such as Clay and Apollo
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM for data management
• Familiarity with data enrichment workflows and outbound prospecting processes
• Basic understanding of automation or scripting to streamline data workflows is preferred
