Market Research Executive

Job Summary

To support and scale outbound initiatives, the full-time remote Market Research Executive will conduct data research, maintain CRM hygiene, and manage outbound databases to identify ICP-fit accounts and facilitate lead distribution for SDRs and AEs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research to identify ICP-fit accounts and contacts
• Build and maintain high-quality outbound databases with accurate contact information
• Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot, including data validation and deduplication

Required qualifications

• 1.5-3 years of experience in market research, outbound data operations, or sales research roles
• Hands-on experience with outbound and enrichment tools such as Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM for data management and hygiene
• Familiarity with data enrichment workflows and outbound prospecting processes
• Basic understanding of automation or scripting to streamline data workflows is preferred
