Job Summary

A company is looking for a Market Research Manager to lead the end-to-end research lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full research process, including design, questionnaire writing, and result interpretation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and cost-efficient project delivery
  • Manage client relationships by responding to inquiries and providing strategic updates
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's degree is an asset
  • 2-3 years of hands-on market research experience, especially in Customer Experience (CX) research
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of SPSS or other quantitative reporting tools
  • Prior experience with CXM platforms like Qualtrics, Medallia, or InMoment is desirable
