Job Summary

To support the Customer Insights team, the full-time remote Market Research Manager will independently lead quantitative and qualitative research projects, focusing on brand health tracking, market positioning, and competitive intelligence to influence key marketing and business decisions.

Key responsibilities:
  • Independently manage all phases of quantitative and qualitative research, including design, recruitment, fieldwork, and reporting
  • Own and monitor brand health tracking programs, assessing metrics such as brand awareness and customer satisfaction
  • Lead custom primary research studies on card collecting attitudes, concept testing, and competitive analyses
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in market research, either in an agency or client-side setting
  • Strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods, particularly in survey design and data processing
  • Proficiency with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, DisplayR)
  • Demonstrated attention to detail in data management and survey execution
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights
