Job Summary
To support a dynamic entertainment team, the full-time Market Research Manager will manage end-to-end research initiatives focused on TV series content testing, analyzing data, and translating findings into actionable insights while working remotely with a preference for West Coast business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Manage quantitative and qualitative research projects related to TV series content, including pilots and binge testing
- Translate research data into visual, story-driven reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful project execution and maintain client relationships
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in consumer insights, research, or strategy, with a focus on entertainment and content testing
- In-depth understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including survey writing and data analysis
- Strong writing and storytelling skills to effectively communicate complex research findings
- B.A./B.S. degree in Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to mentor and lead junior team members while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
