Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Market Research Manager or Senior Manager to design and execute quantitative and qualitative research projects, delivering consumer insights for clients in the entertainment, video games, sports, and tech industries.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and execute research projects, including questionnaires and discussion guides, while synthesizing results into actionable insights and visually engaging reports
  • Manage client relationships and oversee project operations from initiation to completion, ensuring organization and timely communication
  • Contribute to company marketing efforts and business development, including responding to RFPs and ideating new research topics
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a market research agency for the Manager level or 5 years for the Senior Manager level, preferably in entertainment or technology
  • BA/BS degree with a strong academic record
  • Familiarity with diverse research methodologies, including MaxDiff and segmentation analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for learning about consumer behavior and trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and willingness to learn data processing tools like Q and Displayr
