Job Summary
To support a growing Enterprise Brand Insights team, the full-time Market Research Manager will lead primary research initiatives focused on brand health, communications tracking, and creative testing, while working remotely during EST/CST business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end primary market research projects, from study design through analysis and presentation
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research, including brand health tracking and media effectiveness studies
- Manage external research vendors to ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery of research projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in market research, marketing, business, sociology, psychology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a market research role, with hands-on primary research
- Experience leading brand health and communications tracking research
- 2+ years of experience working with analytical tools such as Python, R, SAS, SPSS, or SQL
- Experience managing advertising campaigns for Fortune 500 brands
