Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, marketing, recruiting, or research roles
• Experience conducting account research and identifying decision-makers
• Experience with personalized outreach via email, phone, or LinkedIn
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
