Job Summary
Supporting the operational needs of the Enterprise Insights and Market Research department, the remote contract Market Research Professional will execute and refine research processes while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and document processes related to mandatory research for Medicaid & CMS
- Evaluate and streamline research operations, including vendor management and project tracking
- Serve as Relationship Manager for research vendors, overseeing contracting and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Market Research, Data Analytics, Communications, or Business
- 3 years of complex market research project management experience
- 3 years of experience managing research vendors, including contract negotiations
- 3 years of experience with legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements in healthcare research
- Strong skills in managing multiple stakeholder needs within time and budget constraints
