Market Research Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting healthcare research operations remotely, the contract Market Research Professional will execute and improve mandated research processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering actionable insights to the business.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and document processes for mandated research initiatives, partnering with internal teams to meet Medicaid and CMS requirements
• Evaluate and enhance research workflows, managing vendor relationships and operational tools to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Assist team members with complex projects and serve as the primary contact for research vendors, overseeing contract management and performance evaluation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Data Analytics, Communications, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience managing complex market research projects from planning through delivery
• 3+ years of experience managing research vendors, including contract negotiation and performance oversight
• 3+ years of experience navigating legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements within healthcare research
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver within timelines and budget constraints
