Job Summary

To support a major healthcare company, the temporary Market Research Professional will execute and refine operational processes for mandated research initiatives while managing external vendors and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute, document, and refine operational processes for Medicaid and CMS mandated research
• Design and implement workflows to meet legal, compliance, and regulatory standards
• Manage relationships with external research vendors, including contracting and performance reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, or Business
• 3+ years of complex market research project management experience
• 3+ years of experience managing external research vendors
• 3+ years of experience navigating legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements in healthcare research
• Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder needs while adhering to timelines and budgets
