Job Summary

As a full-time remote Market Response Representative, the individual will manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and route inquiries to sales teams, playing a key role in enhancing customer engagement and pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and customer inquiries for timely follow-up
  • Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and enrich CRM records
  • Conduct outbound calls and email follow-ups to re-engage warm leads
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of inside sales, business development, or marketing experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Professional phone presence with excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
