Job Summary
Connecting marketing, sales, and prospects, the full-time Market Response Representative will respond to inbound leads, qualify prospects, and route inquiries to appropriate teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and customer requests to ensure timely follow-up
- Qualify prospects and capture relevant details in Salesforce CRM, maintaining accurate records
- Conduct outbound calls and email follow-ups to re-engage warm leads and support the sales process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of inside sales, business development, or marketing experience preferred
- 1-2 years of experience using Salesforce CRM to manage leads and contacts
- Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
