Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by coaching Outside Sales Representatives and Strategic Account Managers
• Identify current and upcoming jobsites and cultivate relationships with key-decision makers
• Develop strategic approaches to maximize sales force productivity and revenue

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of proven sales experience
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving history
• Knowledge of construction phases, equipment applications, and specifications
• Experience in meeting or exceeding sales goals as an individual contributor
