Job Summary
Driving the acquisition of BRS Premier and GolfNow, the full-time Market Sales Manager will focus on expanding market share through new business generation, engaging and converting customers, and delivering sustained club acquisitions in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive BRS Premier and GolfNow sales to grow market share across the region
- Own and deliver the regional acquisition strategy, securing new club partnerships for long-term growth
- Apply a consultative sales approach to uncover customer needs and create persuasive pitches
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' professional sales experience, ideally within a SaaS environment
- Fluent in German and English
- Proven ability to execute a structured, end-to-end sales process with excellent communication skills
- Results-driven mindset with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
