Job Summary

A company is looking for a Market Support Representative in Group Insurance (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with assigned customers and brokers
• Collaborate with internal partners to meet customer expectations and manage service-related requests
• Assist in pipeline management and ensure timely delivery of renewals and proposals

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience
• Some account management background
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of tasks
• Preferred experience working with strategic partners or national account clients
