Job Summary

A company is looking for a Market / Trade Surveillance Manager to join their surveillance and monitoring team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform real-time monitoring of exchange activity to identify potential market abuse and ensure fair price discovery
• Manage investigations into market manipulation, analyzing evidence and auditing reports
• Act as the primary administrator for surveillance tools, optimizing alerts and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience within a CFTC-regulated entity
• Hands-on experience using Eventus (Validus) for trade surveillance
• Familiarity with Scilla and a strong comfort level with data-heavy environments
• Deep understanding of the Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC compliance principles
• Professional certification Series 3 is highly preferred
