Job Summary
To support the successful activation of marketing campaigns, the contract Marketing Activation Manager will coordinate cross-functional efforts, ensure campaign readiness, and drive standardization in processes while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define campaign plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and readiness for execution
- Serve as the primary liaison between campaign owners and Marketing Performance functions, coordinating efforts and facilitating working sessions
- Oversee campaign activation progress, providing visibility into status, risks, and milestones while supporting issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
- 8-12+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or cross-functional marketing roles
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing and campaign execution processes
- Experience working across cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed environments
- Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems (CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms)
