Seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Ad Operations Specialist to manage communications and ad deliverables with marketing partners in a full-time remote capacity, focusing on campaign setup, ad traffic management, and performance monitoring.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute online advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and investor relations objectives
- Coordinate and traffic ad creatives to partners, manage creative assets, and collaborate with stakeholders for smooth ad placements
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and implement strategic adjustments to enhance effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or advertising operations
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, CleverTap) and working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva
