Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Admin Assistant to support dealership customer retention programs and assist the National Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process marketing contracts, proof campaigns, and submit orders accurately
  • Prepare Market Evaluations for sales tools and assist with special projects
  • Verify and update database information while collaborating with the Marketing Sales Team
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of administrative assistance or customer service experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Dealership marketing experience is a plus
