Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Admin Assistant to support dealership customer retention programs and assist the National Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Process marketing contracts, proof campaigns, and submit orders accurately
- Prepare Market Evaluations for sales tools and assist with special projects
- Verify and update database information while collaborating with the Marketing Sales Team
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of administrative assistance or customer service experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Dealership marketing experience is a plus
