Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Admin to support the growth of their agencies and manage outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute multi-stage outbound sequences and lead-nurturing workflows
Maintain clean data and accurate lead sourcing between Apollo and HubSpot
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to provide insights to the sales team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
At least one year of office/workplace experience
Deep understanding of HubSpot and experience with Apollo
Proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvement
General knowledge and/or interest in marketing, brand development, and influencer space
