Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own and administer the marketing tech stack and manage the internal marketing AI agent force
• Manage lead lifecycle processes and design sophisticated lead scoring models
• Build and maintain attribution models and reporting dashboards for ROI tracking

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or growth operations roles at B2B SaaS companies
• Proven track record of building and scaling marketing operations infrastructure
• Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot CRM and marketing automation workflows
• Hands-on experience with data enrichment tools and Google Analytics 4
• Experience with integration platforms to connect data flows between systems
