Marketing AI Transformation Leader

Job Summary

Driving the adoption and scaling of AI technologies within the marketing organization, the full-time Marketing AI Transformation Leader will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify impactful use cases, lead a Marketing AI Council, and foster a culture of AI literacy and responsible practices in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing leaders to identify and prioritize AI-driven marketing use cases that deliver measurable business value
• Establish and chair a Marketing AI Council to guide AI strategy and ensure cohesive implementation across marketing functions
• Lead the development of AI literacy programs and change management initiatives to inspire teams to embrace AI tools effectively

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience with a focus on multiple functions such as content creation and analytics
• At least 5 years in a management or leadership role emphasizing change management and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with AI tools and an understanding of best practices for scaling AI in large organizations
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and influence across organizational levels without direct authority
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
