Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Analyst (Remote) to drive the success of Project MIE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process analysis and optimization efforts to enhance efficiency within Project MIE
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and sessions to support Project MIE initiatives
• Strategically lead change management efforts, guiding stakeholders through transitions and alleviating resistance

Required Qualifications

• Proactive and skilled optimizer focused on enhancing efficiency in complex project environments
• Strategic change management expertise with the ability to cultivate project champions
• Strong technical aptitude, particularly in Workfront and SharePoint for workflow integration
• Experience in process analysis and workflow optimization
• Demonstrated experience building relationships with cross-functional project teams
