Job Summary
Serving as the Workfront subject matter expert, the remote Marketing Analyst will support strategic initiatives within Marketing Operations by optimizing workflows, enhancing reporting accuracy, and driving process improvements across cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary Workfront expert, supporting workflow design, reporting dashboards, and user adoption across marketing teams
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables
- Develop and manage dashboards and reporting to track SLAs, capacity planning, and campaign performance
Required qualifications
- Deep expertise in Adobe Workfront administration
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process flow improvements
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration within marketing teams
- Ability to manage deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with tools such as AEM and DAM is preferred
