Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time remote Marketing Analyst will analyze social media performance, campaign effectiveness, and social listening insights while collaborating with account, content, and strategy teams across the United States and Canada.

Key responsibilities:
  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor online conversations and audience trends
  • Analyze sentiment and audience behavior to uncover actionable insights for campaign improvement
  • Build and maintain visually engaging dashboards for internal and client-facing stakeholders
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or agency sector
  • Proficiency with social media analytics tools and social listening platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
