Job Summary
To support a dynamic North America Marketing team, the remote Marketing Analyst/Manager will drive demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth by executing tactical marketing plans and leveraging data-driven insights.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans targeting all pipeline stages to achieve marketing KPIs
- Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and manage campaign execution in CRM systems
- Build relationships with marketing, sales, and partner stakeholders to ensure effective rollout of marketing activities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in marketing execution
- Experience in the high-tech industry and B2B marketing
- Background in multinational companies or matrixed organizations
- Strong project management skills for small to medium-scale projects
- Sales experience is a plus
