Job Summary
Leading the evolution of the marketing data stack, the remote Marketing Analytics Director will architect a data-driven growth engine, enhance analytical rigor across the marketing organization, and implement advanced predictive models to optimize demand generation and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic partner to the GTM Leadership team, translating complex data into actionable insights for demand generation
- Architect and own a sophisticated forecasting framework that balances top-of-funnel volume with high-intent lead quality
- Develop and maintain machine learning models to predict campaign impact and inform budget allocation for maximum ROI
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in Marketing Analytics, GTM Strategy, or Data Science, with at least 2 years in a lead architect capacity within a high-growth SaaS environment
- Mastery of SQL and Python, with extensive experience in architecting data environments in Google BigQuery or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience building AI systems and automation workflows using tools like N8N or MCP-based tooling
- Advanced proficiency in visualization tools such as Grafana, Looker, or Tableau for creating executive-grade dashboards
- Proven ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and build target-setting frameworks from scratch
