Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Marketing Performance Analytics & Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive insights across the B2B marketing organization to understand marketing's contribution to revenue
  • Lead analytics workstreams, including building segmentation models and analyzing paid media performance
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver recommendations, build dashboards, and ensure data accuracy
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics, business intelligence, or revenue analytics
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel
  • Experience with CRM, Marketing, and Sales Platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Ability to identify gaps and propose new analytical methods or workflows
