Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead, Marketing Performance Analytics & Revenue Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive insights across the B2B marketing organization to understand marketing's contribution to revenue
- Lead analytics workstreams, including building segmentation models and analyzing paid media performance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver recommendations, build dashboards, and ensure data accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics, business intelligence, or revenue analytics
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel
- Experience with CRM, Marketing, and Sales Platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo)
- Ability to identify gaps and propose new analytical methods or workflows
