Job Summary
To enhance member engagement strategies, the full-time Marketing Analytics Lead will build attribution models, develop performance dashboards, and conduct funnel analysis while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain marketing attribution models to identify influential touchpoints across various channels
- Develop standardized campaign performance dashboards for optimization by the marketing team
- Conduct funnel analysis to understand member drop-off points throughout the engagement journey
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field with 3-6 years of experience in marketing analytics or growth analytics
- Proficiency in Tableau or equivalent BI tool, with the ability to build dashboards from scratch
- Strong SQL skills and experience pulling data from multiple systems and sources
- Working knowledge of attribution modeling methodologies
- Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests with statistical rigor
