Job Summary
Leading a small, AI-augmented analytics team, the full-time Marketing Analytics Lead will manage full-funnel marketing analytics, run a marketing test-and-learn agenda, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive business growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-funnel marketing analytics from paid media through lifecycle journeys
- Lead and scale an analytics team using AI tools for reporting and analysis
- Translate marketing test results into actionable insights and recommendations
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or performance marketing
- 4+ years of people leadership experience
- Strong SQL skills with experience in large datasets and modern data warehouses
- Proven track record of improving customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV)
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field; advanced degree is a plus
