Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage a team of analysts and lead sprint planning
- Conduct research, run experiments, and manage business intelligence frameworks and dashboards
- Identify process inefficiencies and improve analytical methodologies to enhance business outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of work experience in analytics, with a preference for marketing analytics experience
- 2+ years of direct management experience of analytics teams
- Proficiency with SQL and BI software (e.g., Tableau, Mode, Power BI)
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- Strong leadership skills and a proactive work ethic in a fast-paced environment
