Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to oversee measurement infrastructure for growth decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cross-functional projects between performance marketing and the data team, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery
- Maintain and enhance the internal attribution model to accurately reflect patient acquisition journeys and provide actionable insights
- Design and implement incrementality measurement frameworks and holdout testing to validate channel contributions
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related quantitative field
- Strong knowledge of incrementality testing and holdout methodology
- Proficiency in data interpretation and reporting, with experience in building or maintaining attribution models
- Familiarity with Marketing Mix Model (MMM) concepts and experience in a related environment
- Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of Python or R is a strong plus
