Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to lead a team in developing marketing measurement frameworks and performance insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analytics for paid search, paid media, SEO, and growth marketing, establishing measurement strategies and reporting
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating data into strategic recommendations and aligning priorities with cross-functional teams
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts, setting goals and ensuring high-quality deliverables while supporting their career growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketing analytics
- 5+ years of advanced SQL experience; proficiency in Python or R preferred
- 5+ years of experience developing BI reports and dashboards, with expertise in Looker and/or PowerBI
- 1+ years of experience managing a team of 3 or more, including development and performance management
