Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager who will lead a team of analysts and develop marketing measurement frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analytics for paid search, paid media, SEO, and growth marketing, establishing measurement strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating data into strategic recommendations and aligning priorities with cross-functional teams
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts, setting goals and ensuring high-quality delivery of insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing analytics
- 5+ years of advanced SQL experience and proficiency in Python or R preferred
- 5+ years of experience developing BI reports and dashboards, with expertise in Looker and/or PowerBI
- 1+ years of experience managing a team of 3 or more, including performance management
