Job Summary

Overseeing client projects and delivering insights based on complex analysis, the full-time remote Marketing Analytics Manager will leverage marketing analytics, predictive modeling, and framework development while managing project timelines and client relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in database marketing, campaign reporting, and propensity modeling, contributing to analysis tasks using tools like Excel, R, SQL, Python, and SAS
  • Synthesize analyses and develop strategic frameworks to create actionable recommendations for clients
  • Manage project delivery and timelines while mentoring junior staff through project-based training
Required qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience in data-driven consulting, market research, or a similar analytical role
  • Prior consulting experience with a focus on managing marketing and sales enablement projects
  • Ability to use data to craft narratives with actionable strategic recommendations
  • Strong quantitative mindset and exceptional project management skills
  • Demonstrated account management skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
