Job Summary
Driving data-informed decision-making, the full-time remote Marketing Analytics Manager will lead analytics for the Marketing organization, focusing on performance measurement, executive reporting, budgeting analysis, and strategic insights to guide business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the lead analyst and strategic advisor for the Marketing organization, developing performance measurement frameworks and reporting processes
- Own the creation and delivery of marketing performance reports and present findings to senior leadership and board-level audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reporting methodologies and support strategic initiatives requiring performance measurement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or a related analytical role
- Experience in developing executive-level presentations and communicating insights to senior leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and business intelligence/reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance measurement frameworks
