Job Summary

Serving as the analytical engine for the marketing organization, the full-time remote Marketing Analytics Manager will own the measurement framework, build dashboards, and translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own marketing funnel metrics and performance standards, defining consistent definitions for MQLs, pipeline contribution, and channel ROI
  • Build and maintain dashboards across HubSpot, Salesforce, and BI tools, automating reports to enhance visibility and reduce manual overhead
  • Proactively surface performance trends and develop executive-level reporting that translates marketing performance into clear narratives for leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or performance insights, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of marketing tech stacks and data flow, with the ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Proficiency in BI tools and experience building dashboards from scratch
  • Ability to translate complex analyses into clear narratives and recommendations for non-technical audiences
  • Fluency with AI tools for data analysis and reporting, leveraging them to enhance work quality
