Job Summary
Leading a team of five analysts, the full-time Marketing Analytics Manager will develop multi-channel marketing measurement frameworks and performance insights while guiding strategy and enhancing analytical rigor in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the analytics lead for paid search, paid media, SEO, and growth marketing, overseeing measurement strategies and reporting
- Act as a trusted advisor to marketing and business leaders, translating data into strategic recommendations and influencing roadmaps
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts, setting clear goals and supporting their career growth through feedback and development plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketing analytics, including advanced SQL proficiency
- 5+ years of experience developing BI reports and dashboards, with expertise in Looker and/or PowerBI
- 3+ years of experience with Google Analytics 360 and large-scale marketing datasets
- 1+ years of experience managing a team, including development and performance management
