Job Summary

Supporting measurement and insights across healthcare provider and patient marketing, the full-time remote Marketing Analytics Manager will manage a consistent measurement framework, improve attribution and ROI reporting, and translate performance trends into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities:
  • Maintain a measurement framework connecting marketing activity to commercial outcomes such as qualified leads and retention
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize KPI definitions and improve reporting requirements
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance summaries that provide insights into marketing and funnel performance
Required qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of funnel analytics, KPI design, and campaign measurement
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker; Power BI preferred
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and performance reporting
  • Experience building data science models in Python or R
  • Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
