Job Summary
Owning and advancing next best action capabilities, the full-time Marketing Analytics Manager will manage end-to-end processes for customer marketing strategies, focusing on audience creation and data pipeline management in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance next best action frameworks for consumer and small business customers
- Manage the creation and delivery of targeted customer audiences across various marketing channels
- Oversee the technology stack and data infrastructure supporting decision intelligence and audience activation
Required qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics or decision intelligence within financial services or a similar industry
- Proven experience in building next best action frameworks and managing customer decisioning processes
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and familiarity with cloud data platforms, preferably Snowflake
- Experience with CRM platforms and multi-channel marketing activation strategies
